Position: Janitorial Staff – Afternoon Shift

This position will involve ensuring our facilities remain clean, organized, and in top condition for our team and clients. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties across multiple facilities, including offices, hangars, break rooms, restrooms, and other public areas.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum all floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Buff floors and perform floor care to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and windows.
- Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning supply needs to management.
- Follow safety guidelines and cleaning procedures consistently.
- Assist with any special cleaning tasks as needed.
Shift Details:
- Shift Time: Afternoon shift (hours to be discussed during the interview, typically can range from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
- Days: Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Physical ability to perform the duties required, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
