- Conduct experiments to boost activation and conversion rates, enhance engagement, and minimize churn, utilizing data to inform every decision.
- Refine user journeys and onboarding processes to improve retention and engagement.
- Enhance pricing models and upsell tactics to facilitate seamless transitions from free to premium tiers.
- Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to integrate growth initiatives throughout operations.
- Analyze key metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, conversions) to drive informed decisions and improvements.
