Why This Role?

This is a critical position. As the Product-Led Growth Manager, you will spearhead the growth strategy from the ground up, focusing on transforming users into paying customers. You will enhance user experiences, optimize product interactions, and unlock new revenue streams. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will have the freedom to implement innovative ideas and make a significant impact.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead the comprehensive PLG growth strategy, targeting new revenue streams and converting free users into paying customers.
  • Streamline user journeys to ensure a smooth onboarding process and reduce time-to-value.
  • Conduct experiments to boost activation and conversion rates, enhance engagement, and minimize churn, utilizing data to inform every decision.
  • Refine user journeys and onboarding processes to improve retention and engagement.
  • Enhance pricing models and upsell tactics to facilitate seamless transitions from free to premium tiers.
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to integrate growth initiatives throughout operations.
  • Analyze key metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, conversions) to drive informed decisions and improvements.

  • A data-centric mindset with proven experience in A / B testing and user behavior analysis.
  • A profound understanding of growth loops, engagement techniques, and user retention strategies.
  • A collaborative and innovative problem-solver, eager to work across teams.
