Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using targeted lists provided by the company
- Engage in meaningful discussions with prospects to understand their business software challenges and needs
- Inform prospects about the features and benefits of solutions
- Qualify leads based and arrange appointments for sales executives
- Keep accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system
- Experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
