Key Responsibilities

- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate insurance agent.
- Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up with leads and confirm appointments, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
