Opportunity:
Propel Schools is seeking an Assistant Varsity Track Coach for the 2025 Spring season at three locations:
- Propel Braddock Hills High School, Andrew Street High School, and Montour High School
Successful candidates will have:
- Prior track coaching experience on the varsity, junior varsity, and/or middle school level
- Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certification
- Must possess effective coaching technique and skills
- Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
- Responsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the head coach and athletic director
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & families
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
- A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel
