Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA in education, psychology, and/or other human services field preferred.
- 5 years of experience working with school-aged students.
- Strong belief in Propel's mission and core values.
- Proficiency in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
