Role Overview:
This position involves cultivating relationships with customers, understanding their objectives, and ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support. You’ll provide training, drive product usage, and maximise customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth and minimising churn.
Responsibilities:
- Foster exceptional customer experiences across the product suite
- Manage post-sale engagements, driving successful onboarding and adoption
- Develop tailored plans to meet customer needs and drive value
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technical Teams
- Act as the customer’s voice, sharing insights for product improvements
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Hold product demonstrations and training sessions
- Travel domestically and internationally to meet customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and self-driven
- Comfortable presenting complex ideas confidently
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
