Job Description
As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive new business by researching, engaging, and building relationships with mid-to-large-sized law firms across NYC and beyond. You'll own the sales process from initial outreach to deal closure and customer expansion, collaborating closely with sales leadership and contributing to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with law firms through networking, events, referrals, and outreach.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, including partners and IT leaders.
- Understand client needs to present tailored solutions.
- Drive deals from proposal to close, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support client success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably with regulated industry experience or early-stage LegalTech sales.
- Proven success in closing complex deals (high five to mid-six figures).
- Strong understanding of law firm challenges and operations.
- Clear, persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar tools.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Salary : $120,000 - $137,000
