About the Position
We are seeking a results-driven and detailed-oriented Accounts Receivable / Payable (AR / AP) Manager with a strong background and expertise in both areas of accounting. The ideal candidate will oversee and streamline the organizations receivable and payable operations, focusing on improvements, scalability, and controls. The Accounts Receivable / Payable Manager reports directly to the Assistant Controller.

Requirements
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will directly supervise the Accounts Receivable and Payable staff.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, shredding, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, salary position, with days of work Monday through Friday, working between hours of 7 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
The initial 6 months in this role will be onsite. After successful completion of this period, the role will transition into a hybrid model, requiring 3 days onsite.
Travel
Occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected based on job responsibilities.
