Summary / Objective
The Manager, Sales Development is responsible for the direction and strategic planning of the Sales Development Department. The position also is responsible for coaching and assisting the network in sales building activities and programs, and delivering training sessions.
Essential Functions :
- Contribute to the department's goals to ensure support for meeting the organization's mission, key strategic objectives and annual business plan.
- Strategically align sales training and development programs to support goals, growth, and business plan strategies.
- Adhere to the sales development budget and manage all resources accordingly.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators for the team and the FASTSIGNS Network to ensure the effectiveness of the support of the team.
- Develop and convey a sales-mentality with team members; create tools to demonstrate the value of FASTSIGNS.
- Manage the outside sales professional training program.
Help develop curriculum, oversee their implementation and management.

Educate on hiring, compensation plans, training new staff, sales planning, sales management, and accountability tools.
