Key Responsibilities
Corporate Store Operations
- Partner with the Vice President of Corporate Stores to shape and implement operational best practices that elevate performance across all corporate locations.
- Lead the development and rollout of scalable training programs that align with brand standards and support long-term growth.
- Establish clear internal communication strategies to drive transparency, alignment, and accountability across corporate field teams.
- Serve as a strategic contributor to process innovation, system improvements, and cultural alignment initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, modeling our core values and ensuring every location operates with excellence and consistency.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area and District Managers, focusing on leadership growth, performance improvement, and cultivating an ownership mindset.
- Onboard and equip new field leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to build and scale successful, high-performing teams.
- Set clear expectations, deliver timely feedback, and implement structured accountability to ensure consistent execution and high performance.
- Promote a coaching-centric leadership culture that develops emotionally intelligent, agile leaders capable of navigating change and guiding their teams through it.
- Conduct strategic field visits focused on coaching, development, and operational consistency.
- Provide high-impact feedback and implement performance improvement plans as needed to elevate leadership at every level.
- Apply resourcefulness and creative problem-solving to optimize resource allocation and effectively support field teams.
- Drive achievement of all key business metrics, including occupancy, leasing, retention, marketing ROI, and P&L health.
- Leverage data and business insights to make smart, agile decisions, and course-correct quickly where needed.
- Support corporate field teams in executing local marketing efforts and recruiting beauty professionals to fill vacancies and strengthen community ties.
- Ensure systems (Salesforce, Suiteforce, internal portals) are used effectively and consistently to track performance and support decision-making.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables in partnership with Accounting, adhering to all collections processes to minimize risk.
- 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, including direct oversight of District or Area Managers.
- Proven success in leading teams through transformation, growth, or change management.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to interpret and act on KPIs, P&L statements, and strategic priorities.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead through influence, especially in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to balance structure with flexibility, navigating corporate expectations while empowering field execution.
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with cross-functional corporate partners.
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Suite, Salesforce, and social media platforms.
- Consistently demonstrates professionalism through conduct, communication, and presence.
- Earns trust through integrity, transparency, and sound ethical judgment.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and travel regularly across the territory as needed.
