What You'll Do
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with the Growth team to amplify our presence across digital platforms and create impactful virtual and in-person events. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Marketing, you'll manage LinkedIn initiatives, coordinate engaging events in our geographic markets, and ensure alignment with our broader business goals. With a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and organizational skills, you'll deliver innovative solutions that strengthen our brand and foster meaningful connections.
Maximize LinkedIn Engagement
Manage and enhance the firm-wide presence on LinkedIn, including overseeing the Propeller company page to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.
Develop strategies to grow the company's LinkedIn followers and amplify its reach.
Oversee profiles and activity for a small group of leadership team members, ensuring their profiles are optimized and their posts align with brand messaging.
Collaborate with selected executives to develop and manage personalized content plans, supporting them in showcasing their expertise and thought leadership.
Promote a LinkedIn Newsletter to engage followers with fresh, relevant content.
Plan and promote LinkedIn Events that align with firm-wide initiatives and goals.
Drive employee advocacy using the Clearview Social platform, empowering employees to amplify the company's voice and their own expertise.
Deliver Impactful Events
Collaborate with teams across markets to create and manage virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and networking sessions.
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, promotions, and attendee registrations to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with the Growth team to define success metrics and prepare detailed briefs for firm leadership and participants.
Assign and complete post-event follow-ups, and compile reports on event highlights, ROI, and success metrics to share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Ensure all events align with brand standards and deliver exceptional experiences for attendees.
What You'll Bring to the Team

Must have :
3 - 5 years of experience in helping to develop and manage social media / LinkedIn strategy, with a strong understanding of platform tools and analytics
Proven expertise in planning and coordinating events, with experience managing both virtual and in-person formats
Ability to craft compelling, on-brand content for LinkedIn posts, employee advocacy campaigns, and event promotions, showcasing exceptional writing and storytelling tailored to diverse audiences
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail
Strong presentation and communication abilities, with a talent for engaging and collaborating effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with navigating and monitoring social feeds, actively engaging with followers, and building connections with influential accounts
Interest in exploring new social media tools and trends while eagerly identifying challenges, developing innovative solutions, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Ability to demonstrate a legal right to work in the U.S.
Nice to have :
Familiarity with employee advocacy platforms (experience with Clearview Social is a plus)
Proven experience managing social media strategies for consulting or professional services firms
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted reach and engagement
Bachelor's degree

Compensation : We believe in fairly and equitably compensating our employees for their time and experience. We do that by offering a competitive salary, uncapped bonus eligibility, an employee stock ownership program, and many other benefits. Individual salaries are based on a variety of factors, including years of experience and specific skill sets. The base compensation range for this position is $62,000 to $80,000 plus a 5% - 10% bonus target, which is specific to the location for this job posting. Typically, individuals are not hired at the top of the range for their role; however, base pay ranges are reviewed and updated each year based on performance.
Location : We believe being physically present with each other and our clients strengthens our relationships, promotes creativity and innovation, and ultimately produces a stronger, more durable result for our clients and ourselves. Propeller corporate employees typically work in a hybrid model, spending at least 2 - 3 days a week in the their local Propeller office. Applicants should currently live in the area where the job is posted or plan to relocate upon hire.
