Job Title: Senior Drupal Developer/ Drupal Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Drupal Developer to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in Drupal development, including custom module development, theme customization, and a solid understanding of the Drupal API. He will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients while leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and maintenance of Drupal-based applications and websites.

- Design and develop custom modules and themes to meet project requirements.

- Oversee and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to create high-quality solutions.

- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed by the development team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with existing Drupal sites.

- Stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in Drupal and web technologies.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Interact with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Assist in the estimation and planning of development tasks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7 years of experience in Drupal development.

- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies.

- Experience with Drupal module and theme development.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.

- Strong understanding of responsive web design and front-end development frameworks.

- Experience with database design and management (MySQL, MariaDB, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with headless Drupal and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).

- Contributions to the Drupal community (modules, themes, documentation, etc.).

- Experience leading a team of developers.

- Drupal certification.
