Job description : Onsite delivery manager accountable for delivery of a large IT engagement that spans across multiple applications, infrastructure and service portfolios. Manage and govern programs, projects and managed services. Collaborate with onsite-offshore teams and customer stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement, high NPS scope and profitable growth.
Skill Requirement:
1. 20 years of IT experience, delivering large programs such as ERP transformations, application and infrastructure managed services
2. Understands IT operations on SLAs, KPIs, budgets, margins
3. Excellent in customer relationship and stakeholder management
4. Excellent communication skills, written and oral
5. Proactive and forward looking (staying ahead of the curve)
6. Well versed with large to mid-tier customer IT landscape
7. Good knowledge of ITSM processes, ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
8. Should've used tools and accelerators for automations, continuous improvements and optimization
9. Knowledge of AI/GenAI, RPA is a plus
10. Should have experience of managing large offshore teams & has collaborated across onsite-offshore and customer teams effectively
11. Understanding of business processes is must, knowledge of Oil & Gas industry is a plus
12. Effectively manage and govern delivery of engagement across multiple work streams & customer stakeholders
13. Great team player and a leader who coaches his/her team
14. Knowledge of JD Edwards/EBS & Oracle ERP Cloud is a plus
15. Local to Houston - mandatory
