Responsibilities :
Dispensary Operations Management :
Ensuring compliance with dispensary best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, security, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Regional General Manager to establish and achieve financial and operational goals.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all POS, inventory, and security systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, local vendors, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

2 years of cannabis retail experience.
Environment :
This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, and stand, and carry and lift up to 30lbs for extended periods. The work environment is an environmentally controlled retail store. This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
