What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Cook position at Proper Brewing Co?
Vivint lead will be responsible for working all Vivint events, this includes but is not limited to all Utah Jazz home games, concerts, and any events that require Proper Burger to be open in the stadium. Leads will place food orders, take inventory, maintain cleanliness, create prep lists, deliver food to 500 people an event, control the flow in the restaurant, be able to problem-solve and work in high-stress environments. Candidate must have strong communication skills and report to the FOH Manager and Kitchen Manager respectively at Proper Burger, and Operations with Levy Restaurants/Vivint. This is a salaried position so not all hours will be worked at Vivint, any extra hours will be at Proper Burger downtown or working other events with Proper. Some weeks there are 5 events a week and others 1-2 events, schedules are put out 1.5-2 months in advance.
Potential candidates must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and be able to pass a background check. The candidate must also possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
