Proper Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Creative Marketing Manager to join the team at Shelborne Miami Beach by Proper, a renowned hotel re-opening and debuting in our portfolio in early 2025.
Our property will introduce four vibrant new food & beverage destinations to the neighborhood, each suited for warm weather dining, with an all-day signature restaurant, a lobby bar-lounge, and curated cafe. Resort amenities will include a spacious pool and lush garden lounge, indoor-outdoor cabanas, sundeck terrace, state-of-the-art fitness center, dedicated access to a private beach club, and more than 15,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor meeting & event space.
Job Overview
The Creative Marketing Manager will report directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Vice President of Creative & Marketing, and assists in building the brand through values and culture, shaping the program, direction, defining all elements of the brand experience and ensuring consistency / brand integrity across all guest touch points.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Brand Operations : Assist in maintaining brand consistency and respect of style guidelines set up throughout the property
Ensure hotel and all operational departments comply with brand standards & activations
Make positive connections with partners, initiate creative partnership ideas for both the hotel and all F&B outlets
