Operations Manager

Proper Roofing is a full-service exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decks, and more. Proper Roofing is seeking an operations manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience from point of sale through completion of the project. Your day-to-day activity will consist of:

1) Customer interaction and communication

· Communicating with customers in person and over the phone

· Educating them on our services while ensuring satisfaction throughout our process

· Addressing any concerns and ensuring a 5 star experience

2) Measuring and ordering materials

· On site measurement and creating a list of materials needed to successfully complete our install

· Communication with suppliers to confirm accuracy and delivery dates

· Completing routine inventory

3) Scheduling

· Scheduling installs with clients

· Scheduling with installation partners and providing them with a detailed scope of work

· Obtaining the proper permits when needed

4) On site visits and installation partner communication

· Visiting job sites and making sure installation needs are met

· Processing change orders and updating our CRM

· Quality assurance

· Transportation of materials to and from job sites

5) Administrative

· Upload documents in customer file and keep accurate notes

· Updating schedule

· Data entry

Requirements:

· High school diploma or better

· 1-3 years of construction management experience (preferred)

· Professional demeanor

· Self-motivated and disciplined

· Problem solving capability

· Ability to do basic math

· Ability to plan ahead

· Computer and smart phone literate

· Willingness to learn and grow within our company

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
