Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, proactive individual ready to handle call center tasks and create a seamless customer experience over the phone. Experience is a plus but not required—we’re here to provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Pay:
$40,000 per year with the opportunity to earn bonuses
Office Hours:
- Monday - Friday flexible schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Call clients to communicate essential details and updates
- Perform additional office tasks to support the team
