Dispatcher

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented experienced Dispatcher to join our team. Our dispatcher plays an integral role, as they ensure the organization and completion of all orders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dispatching and job assigning.

Job Duties

·      Managing driver’s schedules and routes

·      Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries

·      Reviewing day’s log of drivers

·      Communicate and resolve all routing escalations with clients

·      Documenting and tracking all deliveries, pick-ups, and services

·      Create and process all invoices

·      Work closely with operations and sales team to ensure client satisfaction

·      Assist drivers throughout their routes with any inquiries as they arise

Skills

·      Excellent organization and time management skills

·      Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

·      Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

·      Ability to work independently and within a team

·      Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Qualifications

·      Must have a minimum of 2 years recent construction related dispatch experience with multiple routes

·      Vast knowledge of Phoenix and surrounding areas within Arizona to ensure proper and efficient routing

·      Basic accounting skills, including understanding of invoice processing and cost tracking

·      Experience with various routing applications; ServiceCore and/or Housecall Pro a plus

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Type: Full-time in person

Pay: $45,000 - $85,000
