Technical Co-Founder

you'll work alongside the existing founder to lead the technical strategy and execution, with an emphasis on Full Stack Development and cutting-edge Gen AI using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Initially equity-based, transitioning to a startup founder salary after our next funding round.

Location :

Home-based (UK preferred) with occasional travel to London for collaboration.

Your Mission

Immediate Goals :

Complete and launch the Minimum Marketable Product (MMP), including an AI assistant and advanced ROI calculator.

Architect the future solution with a focus on blended chatbot-webapp user experience, delivery of market trends, forecasts, risk assessments, and data visualization.

Improve current tools based on MVP feedback.

Collaborate on securing the next funding round (targeted by March).

Transition to a full-time role post-funding.

Core Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient solutions with low cost of ownership.

Collaborate with the founder to define the technical roadmap and prioritize the product backlog.

Build a robust architecture that enables localisation at the country, regional, and local levels (e.g., Country, State, City, Ward).

Innovate using Gen AI, ML, and advanced cloud technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience :

5 years as a Full Stack Product Engineer.

Proven track record in Gen AI (RAG setup, training), Angular, .NET, Azure, SQL, and functional programming.

Thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments with a passion for user-focused solutions.

Deep understanding of product-market fit and agile iterative product development.

Capable of driving technical strategy and inspiring a team.

Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Fluent in English.

Salary : $10
