What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at PROPERTY ADVISORY GROUP, Inc.?
A Leading Property Management Company is seeking qualified, motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager for multiple locations. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Property Manager in all aspects of management of the property including maintain records of all reported concerns, assist in resolving them, and assures appropriate follow up. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work on a consistent basis in a very busy office, while demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times. Attention to detail and ability to work independently on assignments is necessary.
Must be proficient with:
- Onesite (Real Page) or a similar property management software,
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook; and general letter writing is also required.
- Experience in the property management field including Low Income Housing Credit (LIHTC) program, HUD (Section 8) policies and procedures
- Knowledge of subsidized housing programs
- Must be motivated and resourceful in finding creative ways to serve the variety of resident needs.
- Bilingual a plus
