What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at PROPERTY ADVISORY GROUP, Inc.?
A full-service Multi-family Property Management company is seeking talented Maintenance Technician professionals. We have an immediate opening at our Woonsocket locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- General maintenance and facilities tasks for residential apartment buildings
- Completion and close out of works orders
- General unit “turn-over” tasks including; painting, light carpentry, plumbing & electrical, cleaning, etc.
- “On call” coverage on a rotating basis
- Unit / building and site inspections
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner when dealing with residents, vendors and staff
- Cleaning
Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Possess a valid RI driver’s license and have their own vehicle
- High school diploma or GED. Bilingual preferred
- General facilities and building construction knowledge
- Able to lift or carry items that weigh approximately 40 lbs.
