At 202 Properties, we're seeking an Outside Sales Specialist who can make meaningful connections with people, listen to their motivators, and close the sale in such a way that the customer feels supported, taken care of and heard.

Responsibilities

  • Attend physical and virtual appointments, build rapport with homeowners, and make a profitable offer based on an exit strategy most in line with both customer and company needs
  • Make offers, negotiate, and effectively communicate details with sellers to come to a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Keep detailed notes and maintain data accuracy in the CRM
  • Work with other team members to ensure a successful closing
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
  • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients

Qualifications

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to read people and react accordingly
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and level-headed
  • Great communication with the internal team to ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping and data
  • Must be available on occasional nights and weekends to take calls and go to appointments
  • Must have a car and be willing to travel daily for work in our geographic territory, (headquartered in East Norriton PA) spanning across parts of the Philadelphia Region from Allentown to Reading and down to Philadelphia
  • This position is located in East Norriton PA and is in office
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Decisive and proactive in the sales process

Compensation

$125,000 yearly at plan commission

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
