What You’ll Do:
- Perform property inspections and assessments, focusing on SIRS, 40-Year Inspections, and Milestone Inspections.
- Prepare detailed, accurate reports in compliance with state, county, city, and company guidelines.
- Document findings with comprehensive photo records and clear written evaluations.
- Occasionally conduct construction inspections, which may involve climbing ladders or using scaffolding to access areas of concern.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality results on every project.
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in engineering or construction (highly desirable).
- A 4-year college degree in engineering, science, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey findings in both written and verbal English.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical ability to perform inspections in various conditions, including at heights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
