House Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitization techniques and proper use of cleaning products.
• Ability to perform carpet cleaning effectively using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required.
