Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary : We are a rapidly growing, high-paced, and small real estate wholesale firm based in Seattle, looking to expand our Acquisitions team with a driven and experienced Sales Associate. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and converting leads into profitable deals. Your expertise in negotiation, market analysis, and client relationship management will be key to closing deals and driving our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Conversion : Engage with qualified leads via text / phone / at their home, build rapport, and convert them into successful real estate transactions.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and property values to identify profitable opportunities for acquisition.
- Negotiation : Negotiate purchase prices, contract terms, and other deal specifics to maximize profitability.
- Client Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance : Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and fair housing regulations.
- Time Commitment : Monday-Friday mandatory start at 10am, weekends as necessary
