What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at Property Maintenance Pros Corp.?
Property Maintenance Pros Corp. (P.M.P.), is a property maintenance contractor for a billion dollar national corporation. We perform services such as Mowing, trash cleanup, snow removal and other similarly related services throughout the entire N.E. of the US.
TRAVEL IS A MUST. we currently travel throughout NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, CT, MA, NH ME on a routine basis. Thus, individuals interested in applying must be able to accommodate a schedule that includes overnight out-of-town work on a regular basis. Travel, and overnight accommodations are provided by employer.
Ideally looking for individuals whom have a background in using landscaping equipment ie. Zero-turn mowers, weed-eaters, chainsaws, plowing equipment, skid steers, excavators etc. However, we are willing to teach and train someone with an excitement for learning.
Valid & Clean drivers license is a must.
Preferred someone with experience with pulling trailers behind pick-up trucks
Drug Test and Background checks will be performed
Salary : $25 - $30
