Job Description Description : Seeking a multi-talented HR and PR professional with a wide range of experience in employee relations and payroll processing for a property management company with less than 100 NV & CA employees .
The HR / PR Administrator will oversee the HR and payroll functions that include and are not limited to the following : - Maintaining employee files- Oversee employee annual reviews / merit increases- Manage recruiting and hiring process with site managers- Tracking employee disciplinary action- Processing new hires & terminations- Provide support on employee relations and compliance issues- Administering employee benefit programs- Bi-weekly payroll processing- Enforcing company policies and procedures- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices to maintain compliance- Validate & process monthly employee benefit premiums
Requirements :
Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 5 years in a human resources role- Minimum 5 years payroll administration required- Proficiency in Paylocity preferred- Knowledge of benefit administration- Strong skills in managing employee relations- Comprehensive understanding of HR / PR compliance regulations- Knowledge of Federal and California and Nevada state / local laws- HR Certification preferred, but not required
Salary based on experience $70,000 - $95,000 range, full-time exemptMedical, dental and vision insurancePaid time offHolidays
