Job description; not limited to the following :
Greet guests (residents, future residents, vendors and internal team members);
Facilitate the needs of the leasing offices daily tasks;
Tour, lease and sell this property’s features to prospective residents;
Communicate with a variety of people;
Process lease applications adhering to company standards in a timely manner;
Receive work order requests and aid their completion with maintenance staff;
As well as, receive rental payments via check and debit card
Aggressive resident retention
The Ideal candidate will have :
The ability to maximize rents and maintain high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing policies and will have the knowledge of applicable laws and fair housing requirements;
Excellent customer service, presentation, phone and sales skills;
Strong attention to detail and great follow through;
Works well independently and with a team;
Strong written and verbal skills
Requirements :
Requirements for the position are as follows :
High School Diploma or equivalent;
2-3 years of leasing experience – preferred;
Professional appearance and prompt arrival to the workplace;
Knowledge of Yardi & OnSite software - preferred;
Time management and organizational skills; required
Must be computer proficient and experience working with Microsoft Office, Word & Excel programs; required
Adaptability to new policies and procedures set forth by the company; required
