Experienced Maintenance Technician
JOB SUMMARY : Maintains efficient operation and up-keep of the property buildings, units and grounds in a supportive role.
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES : Are listed below; however additional duties may be involved. These duties would be performed with the upmost safety and some may require supervision.
- Responsible for the daily repairs and upkeeps of the property.
- Maintain the grounds and assist groundskeepers on daily basis.
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
- Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and / or management company.
- Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance care and installation.
