What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing Consultant position at Property Management Company?
We are seeking experienced leasing consultants to help lease apartment communities in Austin, TX, and surrounding area. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service.
***Some Weekend Availability Preferred - Leasing consultants thrive on the weekends! ***
Apartment Leasing Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMEN, ETC is a PLUS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
- Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
- Bilingual is a Plus!
Apartment Leasing Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
- Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
- Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up to date.
