URGENTLY HIRING FOR AN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WITH HVAC CERTIFICATION.
Currently interviewing for an experienced residential Maintenance Technician, certified in HVAC for an apartment community in Scottsdale. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.
Daily Task Expectations:
· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
· Maintaining property grounds
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Carpentry
· Drywall repair
· Painting
· Appliance repair
· Pool maintenance
· Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
· At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential maintenance (hotel and home remodeling also encouraged to apply)
· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
· HVAC Certification required, CPO certification not required but a HUGE plus
· Must own your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
· Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
