Property Management Company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance when needed across multiple properties, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and upkeep. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a skilled communicator, and capable of managing many priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED
1 Year Experience in office setting
Valid Georgia Driver's License
Ability to work Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional weekends on-call (as needed)
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has superb problem solving skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
Working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and general office equipment including phone systems, printers/copier, fax machine, computer, etc
Ability to multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
Ability to work efficiently, independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude with a desire to make every interaction pleasant
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Real Estate a plus
Experience in Rent Manager a plus
Real estate license a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct calls with professionalism to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors/contractors regarding repair requests and property maintenance.
Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Notify property owners of maintenance requests, provide quotes for approval, and keep owners updated on the progress of repairs from start to finish.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotes, scheduling, and completion of work.
Provide owners with final receipts and invoices once maintenance is complete, and ensure all documentation is accurately filed under the appropriate property.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance requests, vendor communications, and completed work orders in the property management software.
Conduct routine follow-ups with tenants and vendors to ensure satisfaction and quality of service.
Additional administrative tasks related to properties may be assigned over time as needed.
