We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at an apartment community located in Greenville, TX!
Looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, organized, and able to work with the team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect, deposit and post rental and other income
- Market the community and perform leasing activities as needed
- Supervise, Manage and motivate the property staff
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in the property management industry (2 years minimum), preferably as Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma - Bachelor's Degree a plus.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
