What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Property Maintenance Specialist position at Property Management Company?
Live on Site Property Maintenance Technician
Job Description; Property Manager responsible for the daily oversight and duties of assigned properties. 2 bedroom, rent is $1400 per month.
Job Duties/ Tasks; Job Duties and Tasks include, but are not limited to;
-Opening Duties
-Daily property inspections (walk and inspect full property to include mechanical rooms)
-Daily Trash pickups (trash, dog poop)
-Regular cleaning (wash windows, vacuum, sweep, mop, etc)
-Light bulb changes / light timer setting
-Shoveling snow
-Lawn care (mowing/ trimming / weeding)
-Owner assistance
-Contractor assistance (providing access, coordinating repairs and inspections)
-Key management
-Problem solving (leaks)
-Unit security checks
-Seasonal items such as heat tape turn on/ off and heat settings
-Hot tub daily inspection/ chemical balancing (CPO)
Schedule; The typical work schedule is from 8am to 5pm with flexibility. Occasionally there are afterhours needs. Emergency “night phone” coverage once per week.
