What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant position at Property Management Enterprises LLC?
Pool Attendants oversee pool activities while on duty and are responsible to call 911 in the event of an emergency. Lifeguard certification is not required, but CPR / First Aid and Safety training is preferred. Must be able to swim.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately take chemical readings every two hours or every hour depending on weather conditions.
- Keep the pool areas clean and clear from trash and debris.
- Maintain clean bath houses and clean restrooms.
- Follow opening and closing procedures on a daily basis.
- Maintain sign in sheets for residents/guests, validate pool passes, and collect guest pass fees for submission to the Leasing Office.
- Contact a supervisor to report problems or emergencies.
