Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents accurately
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain the Google Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette while answering calls and directing inquiries
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management
- Act as a personal assistant to Company Broker
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Chrome and other office software
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus
- Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate projects and manage time effectively in a busy environment
