Job Summary
The Realty and National Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the success of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and franchise owners with realty transactions within PMI’s franchise network. This individual will be responsible for developing and facilitating sales strategies and growth initiatives, conducting targeted training programs, and providing expert guidance in property sales, compliance, and negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate and investment properties, including foundational investment terms, and will work closely with the Director of National Sales and Partnerships to deliver exceptional support and leadership to BDMs and franchise owners.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support and Training:
- Conduct and facilitate regular training sessions for BDMs and franchise owners to improve sales strategies, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
- Provide ongoing guidance to BDMs and franchise owners on sales processes, including property acquisition, compliance requirements, negotiation strategies, and closing transactions.
- Develop training materials and sales tools tailored to the needs of BDMs and franchise owners
- Investor Relations:
- Advise BDMs and franchise owners on strategies for supporting investors in purchasing, selling, and negotiating investment properties.
- Equip BDMs and franchise owners with foundational investment knowledge, ensuring they can confidently guide clients through property transactions.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the Director of National Sales and Partnerships to assess and enhance sales strategies across the PMI network.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all BDMs and franchise owners understand and adhere to relevant compliance and legal regulations within the real estate industry.
- Share best practices and strategies for navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with internal compliance resources to provide support to franchise owners.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Serve as a key resource for BDMs and franchise owners, providing hands-on support and mentorship.
- Foster strong relationships across the franchise network to create a culture of collaboration and success.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (required).
- Extensive experience in real estate, with a focus on investment properties, sales strategies, and client negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of foundational investment terms and property transaction processes.
- Proven experience conducting training and facilitating workshops, particularly in sales and client relations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with property compliance regulations and best practices in real estate transactions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a national or multi-location organization.
- Background in investment property sales or advising investors.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and implementing growth strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
