Job Description
As the Business Development / Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing property management leads from owners of investment properties, real estate agents, home owner associations, etc. A successful candidate will be driven, committed to excellence, have industry knowledge, be an effective communicator and have the drive to close 10 to 20 new contracts per month.
This is a portfolio based position that offers multiple income streams based on a combination of commission splits and residual income on properties managed within the area of residential, commercial and association management. There is NO CAP on income potential, which includes :
- Commission split for new contracts
- Commission split for leasing activity
- Commission split for brokerage activity
- Residual income from management fee splits
This position requires a valid NJ Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker / Salesperson)
