We are currently searching for one full-time Facility Manager to join our team as part of the Commercial division. This position is located in downtown Harrisburg and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of an 18-story commercial office building. Rate: Starting between $23 - $28 per hour depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs through the building and tenant spaces while utilizing a work order system to document, track, and close out work.
- Perform and manage routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities to identity and correct deficiencies.
- Plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical troubleshooting.
- Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs.
- Contactor Managment: Supervise contractors responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and heating equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, automated control systems and HVAC systems.
- Build and maintain tenant and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
- Providing high quality customer service while interacting with individuals throughout the facility.
- Maintain proper inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts, completing all required paperwork accurately.
- Walkway salt/snow removal responsibilities.
- Rotating on-call schedule that requires individuals to go into the rotation only 2 to 3 times per year. Each on-call rotation comes with an on-call bonus.
Requirements
- Prior commercial maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Working smart phone.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
