This position will oversee management of multiple conventional and affordable apartment communities in the area. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
- Plan and execute property improvement projects.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
- Develop and manage property budgets.
- Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld.
- Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
- Travel between sites is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the multi-family housing industry. Affordable experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable and insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
