The role of Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Community Director, assisting with customer service, answering phone calls and emails, and processing rent collection as necessary.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Process rent collection, including taking resident work orders and data entry
- Assist with Section 8 rental applications, move ins, move outs, and recertifications
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- A High School Diploma or GED
