Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has an opportunity for a motivated individual. We are currently searching for one part-time Utility Reader. This position will consist of 30 minutes each day, training will be provided. Hours: 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and record meter readings for the community water plant.
- Maintain daily meter reading log with potential findings.
- Inspect for default connections.
- Report irregularities to management promptly.

- High School Diploma/GED.
