This is a 1099 based position.
-General maintenance of the property
-Previous maintenance technician experience required
-Basic painting, electrical, and plumbing experience required
-Must provide your own tools & have reliable transportation
-Ability to work on-call on a rotating schedule
-Valid driver's license and insurance required
