What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Property Management Services of Maine?
We are looking for a take-charge experienced Maintenance Technician for residential maintenance projects. Scope of projects include general maintenance and repair, deck & siding, garage makeovers, basement conversions, and more.
You should have sufficient experience and/or knowledge across all the various disciplines including framing, general carpentry, drywall, doors and window replacements, flooring and tiling, siding, decks, and finishing and knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing.
Job requires good communications skills and demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Property Management Services of Maine manages residential properties and condominium and homeowner associations in southeastern coastal Maine. We offer maintenance and renovation services exclusively to association homeowners. Project range from exterior work such as deck rebuilds to whole house renovations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
