Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate and repair components as needed, utilizing various tools and techniques.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including logic controllers, to identify and resolve issues.
- Utilize an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with residential painting projects as required.
- Lead small teams on specific maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Strong fabrication skills with hands-on experience using various tools.
- Leadership qualities to manage small teams during maintenance projects.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
