We are looking to hire a dynamic, customer-focused individual having passion for property management as the Property Manager for an apartment complex of more than 80 units in Montgomery Alabama.
As the Property Manager, you'll be solely in charge of operation and maintenance of the property.
Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
- Use your creativity and marketing skills to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Oversee property maintenance to ensure that our spaces are safe, comfortable, and visually appealing.
- Be a go-to problem solver, addressing issues promptly improving the tenant's satisfaction.
Required skills:
- Certification in CPM is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in areas related to Property Management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- People oriented and influencing skills.
- Eager to complete the tasks and dedication to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is Preferred.
- Exposure to Budgeting and Finance reports is a plus.
