What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner for Property Management Company position at Property Management?
We are looking for an upbeat and friendly cleaner to join our team for a professional property management company.
Responsibilities include:
*Cleaning and preparing vacant homes and apartments in a timely manner.
*Clean business offices, lounge areas, and any interior common areas including fitness centers & elevators
*Ability to perform physical tasks; such as bending, reaching, lifting, stooping and get up and down ladders safely.
*Reports issues if found during cleaning
*Self-starter who can work with minimal or no supervision.
*Must have a positive attitude and an eye for detail.
*Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Property Manager
*Must be able to effectively communicate and be a team player
Requirements:
*Must be at least 18 years of age and have current driver’s license with reliable transportation.
